Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
In the plaintiff's initial disclosures to the defendant (civil law), are copies of the actual documents being disclosed ALSO filed with the court, or just the details/list of the disclosures ?

Copies of all attached documents disclosed in discovery are routinely filed with the court as well.
