Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I received a speeding ticket in illinois, doing 83 mph in 65 mph zone. The officer wrote the wrong birth date on the ticket. Would this wrong information on the ticket - get me out of the ticket?

Maybe-but you have to argue that fact in court and tell the court that the person listed on the ticket is not you and move to dismiss. The court will have discretion to accept your argument or not. If you have case law to support that argument, chances of it being granted is higher.
I hope this helps
