Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

recourse for unnecessary attorney fees due to harassement

My 80 yr old mother has alzheimers, my 83 yr old dad was granted guardianship. My sister wants control and has caused much stress. She keeps calling her attorney, who calls my dads attorney over ridiculous things, i.e. why is he there when we visit, this keeps my dad paying attorney fees for calls and letters. Does he have any recourse to make her pay for the fees? She has slandered him, written defaming letters, but dad does not prosecute since it's his dgtr. But he is tired of paying attorney fees that are constant harassment. Can he make her pay his attorney charges?

Re: recourse for unnecessary attorney fees due to harassement

That's between your father and his attorney and your sister. You have no standing to do anything about this.
