Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I was in a relationship with a woman and we purchased a house together. we have separated and she has since 1) moved out, 2) signed a quit claim deed and I have a mortgage in only MY name. Essentially she has no legal interest in the house. However, she left her furniture and many personal belongings. We signed and had notarized an agreement that she have everything moved out by 7/1/10. To date she has not picked up her belongings, nor responded to calls/e-mail. What recourse do I have? I reside in Illinois
