A Simple Question

Is an attorney that has Esquire behind his/her name better than one without it? What exactly does the Esquire mean?

All attorneys are the same. Esquire is simply an honorific terms some people use to refer to an attorney, just as doctors are referred to as "doctor" and judges are called "your honor."
