Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

small clam case

Ok let see who can help answer this question for me; I'm suing a person in small clams court. She is a ward of the State and I want to include her Guardian as a accountable party in the case. They help her in doing what she did by driving her to my house. Now I know I have to file a motion; however, how do I make her guardian pay for her action?
