Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
i split with an ex whom we were never married and he has taken everything that we puchased together in both our names and will not give me anything...what can i do about this. included is two vehicle which he left me with none and i have two children...one of which is the youngest is his...so now he sits with three vehicles and me with none...need some advice on this
