Stolen Phone
My phone was stolen from a hotel. They admited fault and agreed to pay me for the phone but changed there mind when they found a phone that was the exact same phone. Advised was not my phone even proved to them by calling the phone company and bringing them paperwork. They in turn still stated it was my phone and did not want to pay for it.
