How likely is it that a subpoena for internet searches or browser history be honored in a civil case?

When you ask how often honored, I assume you mean would the court enforce it if challenged. The answer is it depends on how relevant the sought after information is to the case. It doesn't have to be legally relevant, but it does have to be information that might lead to legally relevant information.
