sueing

How dumb is it to sue a not for profit organization? Absolute negligence.

It is not dumb at all. Almost every hospital is " not for profit" but they are sued all the time. Feel free to contact me if you feel that your injuries are severe enough to file a suit.

They get a lot of sympathy from judges and juries; charities more than say hospitals; but can be sued just like any other person or entity. No reason not to if the harm and fault are clear.
