There is an art to tracking down persons who do not want to be found, but it basically involves hard nosed persistence and common sense. Find out from your local assessor who is paying the property taxes on the building. The post office should be able to tell you more information about the location of the owner of the post office box. Ultimately, you may have to sue the landlord for the deposit anyway, after which you can subpoena records and testimoney about his location. Call me if you want to discuss this further. Larry Stein.
