vehicle purchase
I purchased a pair of snowmobiles he advertised one as having 1700 miles there was no way of checking whether speedometer worked found out 3 weeks later the speedo doesnt work so milage is fraudulant(private owner) do I have and recourse??

You can sue him for fraud, seeking damages or the refund of your money. You can also report him to the local staates attorney's office Good luck.
