Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Verbal agreements:

In Illinois if two people make a verbal agreement and there is a third party that heard the verbal agreement and one of them does not keep that agreement. Will a Court in Illinois accept that verbal agreement and make the person that broke the agreement keep that agreement?

it depends on what sort of an agreement it is and the reason for the breach by the person who refuses to do as the agreement says.
