Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
i won a suit aginst this attoney. he passed on. he had $200,000 in insurance policies. the wife ran his office collect the money and deposited it in a trust. then passed on. the son denies any knowledge. how do i find thw trust. i have an attorney but he has not found the anwnser?
