My x-girl friend
Yes me and my girlfriend broke up and she will not give me my property. I have ask her alot to give me my stuff back and she will not. I even took the police there to her house and she still will not give me my property. I just want my too know how i can get my property back. I can not afford an a lawyer so help me on how to do this. it is in shelby county. tell me what forms and who i need to talk too get this this matter done and over with

Since the police will not help you then your only option is to file a law suit against her. The county should be able to provide you with the forms needed, however remember that it will cost you to file the suit, then you will need to have your ex served with the complaint and then you will need to be at the court hearings.
The bottom line is you have to think if the additional costs and time you put into this matter is worth it.
