Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

About two years ago my wife of 21 years removed me from all her hippa notifications. Not long after she filed for divorce. The first thing that came to my mind is that she had an STD. She also started taken medicine regularly. I just before the divorce was final I brought it up and stated I think the law requires you to disclose that before a divorce. She said that she did not have to prove or disclose anything, based on her lawyer�s advice. Today, I have lost everything and have been made to look like the bad guy. If I never see a penny from this, it would be more that worth it to have my dignity back,
