Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois
I am 20 years old and live in Chicago, IL. This past November I developed an eating disorder. My mother is now threatening to get a lawyer so that she can send me to an inpatient facility. I am 5'8" and weigh 217 pounds. Does she have any grounds? And if so, then how do I fight against it?
