In Illinois is it legal for a licensed massage therapist with extensive hours and acupuncture experieince in China (she was also a radioloogist there)to perform acupuncture without a license under a doctor's supervision at his premises?

Hello. At one time I had an office
in a building where a doctor performed
nontraditional medicine in the form
of accupunture. This particular doctor would always perform the procedure. Therefore, in my opinion,
this procedure should be performed by
a licensed physician. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
