Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois
Need continuance help asap.
Today is 2/18/09. Wife is scheduled for prelim hearing 2/23/09 with IDFPR in Cook County. Had trouble finding attorney and need to file 30 day continuance. We live 3.5 hours away. Is this still possible and how?

Hello. You may want to mail a letter requesting a continuance. If you retain a lawyer in Cook County, at least the lawyer can handle the matter and schedule a continuance on a date when your wife can be present. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
