Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois

My grandpa was released from a hospital and picked up his medication at a wal mart. The wal mart gave him the wrong dosage of a medician, this was verified by the doctor. Because of the pharmacists mistake, he became ill with kidney failure because of too much of the medician (pottasium poisoning). Do we have a case here?

Hello. In my opinion, from the facts that you have provided, you do have a case. But for the error on the part of the pharmacist, your grandfather would not have suffered the kidney failure. This is a very serious matter and I suggests that you take immediate action to avoid being barred from filing a lawsuit on account of the statute of limitations.
