medical mistake
Our mother past away because of the doctor mistake. We need consultation about this.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss.
There are many qualified attorneys who will consult with you in the difficult time.
Generally the consultation will be free.
However, to have a meaningful discussion about your rights and remedies you will need the patient's medical records.
While medical mistakes are a leading cause of accidental deaths they are among the most difficult and expense to prove.
I would recommend you first obtain all of the medical, hospital - and if possible -autopsy records and reports and THEN contact several attorneys to set up appointments.
