Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois
Medical Practice
I signed a contract to work at a clinic in an underserved area. I am leaving that clinic for another one 20 miles away that is also underserved. Do I still have to adhear to the non-compete clause of my contract? The contract doesn't state specifically what happens if I violate this clause.

Re: Medical Practice
You would have to provide me with a copy of the contract in order to more completely answer the question.
