Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois
Power of Attorney
Several years ago I went to an attorney and had a power of attorney made up, and now I would like to change my mind.
How would I go about voiding this?

Re: Power of Attorney
You can call the attorney and have it immediately voided. Just tell him you want written recognition of you canceling the document.
