Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois
I want to put my 25 year old twins back on my coverage at work until they are 26. Can I put them on my Dental and Vision coverage as well as Medical?

You need to check with your plan administrator as to the requirements for the plan, but overall yes now the age-out is not until 26. In most plans dental and vision are optional but once you qualify for underlying medical, it may be "available".
