Most medical offices have established policies about medical health care benefits that you are supposed to sign off on before you are treated, and most of those authorizations say that they'll submit for you but if you're not covered it's your problem. So the first thing to do is to check w/ "medaxair" and find out what the story is. Sometimes it can be that the medical provider did not check off the right box on the form as to what treatment you received and this kind of error can be corrected. Then again chiropractic may be an elective coverage that is not part of your plan (notwithstanding the name "complete"). And worse yet if they told you they accepted this orally and NOT in writing, it will be your word against theirs. If you will need further chiropractic treatments I suggest you work this out now and/or find a chiropractor who in fact does accept your plan before you submit to any treatments.
