Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
In 2004, I was convicted of Aggreviated Feloney as they claimed that I made false statements on my immigration forms. I was sentenced for 2 years probation and given a chance of voluentry departure. I took it. Now, professionally I am doing very well, I am VP of an Insurance company in my country. I have my 2 sons in USA. I just want to visit USA to meet them. Is it possible for me to just visit USA to see my children. I dont want to live there I am very happy where I am.

You're inadmissible due to your conviction. In order to get a visa, you might need I-601 waiver and/or I-212 special permission. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
