Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
I'm 15 years old and I get abused at home, my parents(dad) wants to controll every aspect of my life and has homeschool me to keep me from the "world." I'm am finally completly fed up with all this crap and have decided to go to the police so that I can have a chance to start over and be able to go to school, and be with other people, either in a foster home or with relatives. The only thing that is stopping me is that my mom is an illigal citesen and I DO NOT want her to be deported because of what I'm about to do. I want to make sure that she is safe, after all she is the only person that keeps me sane in this crazy house. Please answer with complete honesty, Thank you so much

You did not post a question. Nevertheless, there is no way of guaranteeing that your mother would not be deported, if that is your question.
Is your mother married to your father? Is your father a US citizen? What do you mean by abuse? Are you speaking of physical abuse or just that he tries to control your life? Is your mother also being abused? There may be options available but I would need to gather more information before I can adequately advise you. For a free consultation, have your mother contact me at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
