I am marrying a woman from Jamaica who has a child. Will it be diffucult for me to adopt the child or get him citizenship.

If you are a citizen and the child is under sixteen you should be able to petition for the child as well. You may also have to consider the child's father. I recommend contacting an immigration attorney.
