Affidavit of Support K1Visa

How do I effect the Affidvit of Support. I was here on KI visa with my kids. got married and now divorce with help of VAWA. There are bills to be paid and collection agency calling me all the time. I find it difficult to work cos of my two kids schooling. I do some part time work when I can barely enough to pay daily needs. I have to use credit cards and owe them money too. We have medical attention needed but I cant afford cos we dont have insurance. How can I enforce the Affidavit of Support from my ex husband? I ran out of money long time ago when ex husband made me pay expenses for him. We are now on self sponsoring visa I-360. Thanks and Regards.

Dear Cheated,

Like all divorced persons, you'll have to avail yourself of family law to get child support for teh kids, spousal maintanence or its equivalent for yourself, and medical assistance for all of you. The best way to do this is to contact a family law (divorce) attorney. Best luck.
