Application for Green Card from Student Visa

Can a person on a student visa (Bachelors) be

sponsored for a green card immediately? What are the

requirements? Thanks !!! I appreciate your help!

If that person qualifies under a national interest waiver, extraordinary ability petition, or Schedule A occupation, they can. It really depends on your skills.
