c1 visa sponsoring

hi, is it possible to sponsor somebody who has exp. visa c1 when he will get marry with u.s citizen

A C visa holder cannot change status from within the United States. As the spouse of a US citizen he may file for a greencard, but the processing would need to be completed overseas at a US consulate.
