In case of H1-B visa extension is denied?
I was previuosly on E visa, I had a business and I lost a lot money withen a few months due to bad circumstanes. Withen the period I then switched to H1 B visa(applied while withen USA) for working as a IT consultant. I have spent 3 years on my H1 and now applied for extension for myself and my wife(H4 visa holder also, undergrad from USA).
If my visa extension is denied what are my options? Can I apply for a fresh H1 visa from my same employer before returning home or should I go back to my home country and apply for a new H1 visa from there ? what should be the best course of action?

You need to go home and apply for the new h1.
