u.s citizen marry to f-1 student

u.s citizen planning to marry to a f-student that just finish opt and ready to go back to school this fall. But i has not file income tax over the past ten years. My family own a store, and i been helping them. But they didn't pay me enough, they pay for all my living expenses. So am i still eligible to file for my fiance?

It does not appear that you would qualify to support your fiance when she becomes your wife. Not a good sign. Although, generally, you can find a second sponsor, I don't believe the USCIS would look favorably on your family supporting the two of you. Get a decent job with decent salary before you file anything on behalf of anyone.

Yes you may.

However, you will need a joint-sponsor as well on your application who does qualify under the Affidavit of Support requirements.
