citizenship for my mother
I am a U.S. Citizen, my mother comes to visit me with a visa from mexico. she was here in the United States illegally from 1974 to 2004, she went back to mexico, and now she has a visa to visit me. can i submitt an appliction to claim her to legalized her situation and become a citizen? she worked here for 8 years, and never received any benefits from any service.
