Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

a couple of quick & easy green card questions

Hi there. These are pretty straightforward but Im not exactly sure what to put. I married a U.S. Citizen and Im from Canada. We live in Illinois right now.

1. On the I-130, question #14, it says Date Authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95. I was on an H-1B visa that was revoked in Dec 2002 but on the actual I-94 I have, it says Jan 10, 2004. Which do I put there? What it says on the I-94 or the day the H-1B visa got revoked?

2. Which immigration office would be better to go through for a green card, Milwaukee or Chicago? I live halfway between the two. I know this is an opinion-type question but any advice is appreciated.

3. On the Biographical Information form, what do I put in the big, black box at the bottom if I dont have an Alien Registration Number?

4. On the I-145, Part 3 it asks about current occupation. Since I dont have employment authorization, and am not working, do I put unemployed or do I put the job I would be doing if I were to be employed, e.g. personal trainer.

5. On the Affidavit of Support sponsors employment. My wife is a realtor. Should she say shes employed by Century 21 or that she is self-employed?

Thanks for your help!
