DREAM Act

Does anyone know if and when the Dream Act was enacted?

I came to the US legally when I was 8 yrs old under my dad's H1B visa. I grew up here most of my life, but I'm still denied to call this my home. I still do not have citizenship, what are my chances?

Did your Dad get residency? How about your mom? Have either of your parents been able to file a petition on your behalf? The Dream Act is exactly what it says a "dream" right now. How old are you now? Unless you have a petition behind you, or some other application, you cannot do anything at the moment. Now you say you came under your Dad's H1B. Where is he now? Are you married? What is the status of your spouse? Do you have children?
