Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
My friend moved from Sri Lanka in 2008 to the US on a K3 spousal visa. Since then, his wife and he have divorced and she has gone missing. My friend is exceptionally talented in various areas and has been surviving by helping others through his talents.
I would like to partner with him to start a business but in order to do this we must get his paperwork sorted out so that he can work in this country legally.
Can anyone please point us in the right direction?

I suggest that your friend hire an experienced immigration attorney to review his file & assist him, assuming he is still eligible for an immigration benefit or is even in need of one.
