Green Card Process steps
My employer filed my Greencard, & currently it is still waiting for Labour clearance. After the Labor is cleared, if I resign to the job with my current employer and join a new company, can they continue my greencard from there i.e., can they file my I-140 & I-485, based on the Labor approved for me earlier?

Re: Green Card Process steps
I believe the labor certification is employer-specific. However, if you obtain your labor certification and file for Adjustment of Status, after 180 days you are entitled to labor cetification portability if you are changing to a job in a "Same or Similar Occupational Classification" .
