It really does not matter how you do it as long as the marriage is real. If you would like to discuss the details of your case further, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818.
Hi,
K1 will allow you to file with the USCIS now, assuming that you have met your fiance within the past 2 years. In addition, the K1 visa should be issued by the Consulate as long as you both plan on marrying each other within 90 days of your fiance's entry to the U.S. and if you are capable of financially supporting your future husband.
