Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

Iam permanent resident in USA,have filed petition for my husband ,was approved am the document sent ti the N.V.C.,After I complete online the step:2 to 5,,we will give chedule this case for a visa interview at the U.S.Embassy or consulate in Bucarest Romania ,that my husband is here in USA,with me in 2004 ,what to do in this case?

I'm not sure what you are trying to explain.

Is your husband currently in the U.S.? Is he still in legal status?

If he is in the U.S. in legal status, then he can adjust status in the U.S. & does not need to consular process. If he is out of status, then you may have a problem. Please provide me with more details so I can advise you properly. Thank you!
