We are married with my parter almost two years now ( she is U.S. citizen ) She will not sponsor me for green card . Any other chance to have green card since we are married that long ?

Usually a person needs a petitioner in order to get a greencard (spouse, parent, child over 21, or employer). There are some exceptions, such as a battered spouse of a U.S. citizen or an alien of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, business, education or athletics.
You might want to discuss what potential options you have with an experienced immigration attorney. However, if you have been married for 2 years, I am not sure why your spouse wouldn't want to petition you.
Good luck!
