hello,
when my sister went on immigrant visa, she could not take her children because they were unmarried over 21 years of age. but my sister filed petion for them, and now their no. has come up, but now they are married. can they get immigrant visa now and go to us?. please let me know, thank you.

They will have to apply under a different category, because they are now married.
