Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

I am an indian citizen living in usa and since 2010 i am illegal with no visa and my indian passport got expired , recently i applied for renewal but denied asking me for visa documents. so how can i come back to india with no passport ? please help me.

I would address this issue with the Indian Consulate. If you entered the U.S. illegally, then you would not have a visa, I-94 or entry stamp to provide to them.
