How can I obtain a visa or permament residence in the United States if I am a foreigner that have lived in the states for more than 20 years, pay taxes, have two children born in the states and I own a property worth $500,000.00

The investment based green card (EB-5) is possible to get but in order to get the green card without leaving the U.S. (because if you leave, you will not be able to come back for 10 years), you or your spouse have to have LIFE Act protection.
