Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
ins registeration for pakistanis
came here in 1992 as F1 student visa
visa expired in 1996
got married to green card holder in 2000
aplied for V1 visa got approved
my wife will become US citizen in feb 2002
then i will transfer my case.
Now should I go for registeration or not
whats going on there
If i dont go what will happen

You are required to register. If you don't register, you could be deported, your eventual green card application could be denied, and you could be prosecuted criminally.
