Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
Law concerning refugee claimants
Is there a law that states that refugee claimants in the USA receive amnesty (green card) after living in the country for a specific amount of time with no result following the refugee claim? If yes, what is that period of time and where can this law be verified?

There is no such law. Asylum cases today are processed very quickly. I don't believe there is still a backlog of old cases. So this should be a non-issue
