Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
Local lawyer for immigration
A relative of mine would like to hire a lawyer to help him immigrate to America. However he'll be moving out of Illinois within 6 months or so to another state.
He would like to know if he must wait until he moves to hire a lawyer from that state to help him. Or can he start the process now with a lawyer from Illinois and still be able to use that lawyer even if he's relocated another state. Thank you.
