Re: marriage

Getting married is not the difficult part. Filing the necessary immigration paperwork following your marriage to a USC is what must be taken care of carefully. Please feel free to contact me at (732) 985-1310 if you would like to discuss your case.

Sincerely,

Re: marriage

Thank you for your inquiry. You are free to marry a US Citizen in any of the states and then later apply for US immigration benefits as long as you have current status (from your email it appears that you have a B-1 visa).

I believe that you are asking how to proceed with regard to immigrating to the US.

Please feel free to contact me directly at 619.233.0900 to discuss the requirements, timeframes and processes.

Sincerely,

Re: marriage

It sounds like you are in the US on a B-1 visa which is a nonimmigrant visa valid for a short time. There are several ways to approach this including a fiance visa which is issued in your home country, a spousal option and work visa alternatives.

In order to explore them all and find the best option for you, you may call me at the Dallas office 214-526-6688
