If my sister is citizen of USA.If she get marreid with the person who has no legeel status in USA.Is it possible to file for him and who long it takes for his status.

This would depend on how that person entered in the U.S. - legally with a visa or illegally without inspection.

An answer will depend on whether this man entered a country without inspection/ didn't comply with removal order etc. or just overstayed his visa.
