Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
marriages
I wanted to know what would be the proper steps to take if i am already married in mexico and i want to get married here in the us. My husband has a visitor visa and is here until november. Can he get an extention or does he have to leave and then come back? can we file for the fiance visa before he leaves?

Re: marriages
You may be eligible for an adjustment of status, although it's important to speak with an immigration lawyer since your situation is a bit complicated.
